We built Huff because we know how hard it is to quit when your hands and mouth still want something to do. That’s why we’re giving you a full month to see if it actually works for you.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Your trial starts the day your order arrives. Use Huff every day for those 30 days, that’s when you’ll really know if it clicks. If by day 30 you’re still not feeling the difference, just get in touch by day 37 and we’ll sort a refund.
How do I request a return or refund?
Email hello@huffair.co.uk between day 31–37 for the 30-day guarantee, or within 30 days for normal returns. We’ll approve it, send you the UK return address, and guide you through the process.
Can I return items outside the 30-day trial?
Yes. You can return unopened or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return postage). Opened flavour cores can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
What do I need to send back?
The device must come back clean and in its original box. Flavour cores must be removed from the device before returning. Any opened flavour cores can’t be refunded for hygiene reasons, same as you wouldn’t return used vape pods. If the device arrives dirty or damaged we’ll deduct a small £2.99 cleaning fee from your refund.
What about the flavour cores that come with the starter kit?
The four cores included in the starter kit are part of the trial, so they’re not refundable whether you’ve used them or not. Any extra cores you buy separately can be returned if they’re still sealed and unused.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Where do I send my return?
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the exact UK return address to send it to.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive and check everything, we’ll refund your original payment account within 14 business days, minus the original shipping cost.
Does this affect my legal rights?
No, this policy fully respects your rights under UK law. If you change your mind within 14 days and the product is completely unused and unopened, you can also return it under the standard cooling-off period.
